Return and Refund Policy (Fleurishé)

 

At Fleurishé, we take pride in delivering beautifully crafted gift boxes and bouquets. Because many of our products are handmade and some items are perishable, our return policy is designed to be fair while protecting product quality and hygiene.

1) All Sales Are Final (Custom & Perishable Items)

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Handmade bouquet gift boxes

  • Custom or personalized orders (including custom colors, messages, packaging, or add-ons)

  • Perishable items (including chocolates and food items)

  • Items that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or not stored properly

2) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • A short description of the issue

We may offer, depending on the situation:

  • A replacement (preferred), or

  • A store credit, or

  • A refund (only when replacement isn’t possible)

3) Delivery Issues & Address Errors

  • Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct at checkout.

  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refused delivery, we may not be able to offer a refund.

  • Re-delivery may be possible with an additional delivery fee.

4) Cancellations & Changes

Because we prepare orders quickly (often same-day), cancellations and changes are limited:

  • Same-day / next-day delivery orders: cannot be cancelled once confirmed or once preparation has started.

  • For future-date orders, contact us as soon as possible. If we haven’t started preparing your order, we may be able to adjust it.

5) Non-Returnable Sale/Discount Items

Items purchased on sale, with promo codes, or as part of bundles may be final sale, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

6) Refund Method & Timing

If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method (or store credit if preferred/required). Processing time may vary by bank/payment provider.
