Shipping & Delivery Policy (Fleurishé)

 

Fleurishé offers local delivery for our handmade bouquet gift boxes and add-ons (including chocolates). Please read the details below before placing your order.

1) Delivery Area

We currently deliver to Surrey, BC and nearby areas shown at checkout.
If your address is outside our delivery zone, we will contact you for delivery.

2) Delivery Days & Hours

  • Delivery Days: [e.g., Monday–Sunday / Mon–Sat]

  • Delivery Hours: [e.g., 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM]

  • Same-day delivery: [Yes/No] (orders must be placed before [cut-off time])

  • Scheduled delivery: You can select your preferred date/time (where available) at checkout.

Note: Delivery time windows are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, building access, or other conditions.

3) Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and delivery option. Fees are non-refundable once delivery has been attempted or completed.

4) Recipient Availability & Safe Drop

To ensure successful delivery:

  • Please provide the correct recipient name, address, and phone number at checkout.

  • If the recipient is unavailable, we may:

    • Contact the recipient using the provided number, and/or

    • Leave the order in a safe location (porch/concierge/reception) if available, and/or

    • Return it for re-delivery (additional fees may apply)

If a delivery fails due to incorrect address details, unreachable recipient, or refusal to accept the order, the order may be considered fulfilled and may not be eligible for a refund.

5) Incorrect Address Details

Customers are responsible for entering accurate delivery information. If you need to change the address after ordering, contact us immediately. Changes are not guaranteed once preparation or delivery has started.

6) Perishable Items (Chocolates)

If your order includes chocolates or other perishable items:

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the order.

  • We are not responsible for quality issues caused by delays after delivery or improper storage once delivered.

7) Weather & Unforeseen Delays

In rare cases (severe weather, road closures, or emergencies), deliveries may be delayed. If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule or find the best solution.

8) Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • Description of the issue

We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation (see our Return Policy).

9) Pickup (Optional – remove if not offered)

If you offer pickup, include:

  • Pickup location: [address]

  • Pickup hours: [hours]

  • You will receive pickup instructions after purchase.
