Welcome to Fleurishé (“we,” “us,” “our”). By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

1) Eligibility & Account Information

You confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your province/territory, or you have permission from a legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate and current information when placing an order.

2) Products & Handmade Variations

Our products are handmade and may have slight variations in color, design, arrangement, packaging, and materials. Product photos are for reference; the final product may differ slightly while maintaining the same overall style and value.

3) Pricing & Payments

All prices are shown in [CAD] unless stated otherwise. We may update prices, product availability, and promotions at any time. Taxes and delivery fees (if applicable) are calculated at checkout. Payments are processed through Shopify’s supported payment providers.

4) Orders, Changes & Cancellations

Because many items are prepared quickly and made-to-order:

  • Same-day or next-day delivery orders may not be eligible for cancellation once confirmed or once preparation begins.

  • If you need to change delivery details, contact us immediately at [email/phone]. Changes are not guaranteed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock limitations, or delivery restrictions. If payment has been processed, we will issue a refund where applicable.

5) Delivery Terms (Local Delivery)

If you offer local delivery, the following applies:

  • Delivery is available in Surrey, BC and nearby areas as listed at checkout.

  • You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address, recipient name, and contact number.

  • If a recipient is unavailable, refuses delivery, or the address is incorrect, we may not be able to offer a refund. Redelivery may require an additional fee.

  • Delivery time windows are estimates and can be affected by traffic, weather, building access, or other conditions.

6) Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Please review our Return Policy page for full details. Due to hygiene/perishable considerations (including chocolates) and the handmade nature of our items, many products are final sale. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.

7) Promotions & Discount Codes

Discount codes cannot always be combined unless explicitly stated. We may modify or end promotions at any time. Abuse of promotions may result in cancellation of orders.

8) Intellectual Property

All content on this site—logos, product names, images, designs, text, and branding—is owned by Fleurishé or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission.

9) Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the website for unlawful purposes or to:

  • Violate laws or regulations

  • Infringe intellectual property rights

  • Transmit malicious code or attempt unauthorized access

12) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fleurishé will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fleurishé and its team from claims, losses, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.
